I am writing this blog today to let you know, not all listing agents are the same. Yes we all pretty much have the same tools at hand, but how do we use them and what are we willing to do that others will not do. Anyone can put a listing in the MLS sit back and wait. I like to be proactive with my listings and earn my commissions. The best way to protect your home's value is to get out and find that right buyer. This takes dedication from your listing agent and the willingness to get uncomfortable and get out into the communities.
